As we say goodbye to November and welcome in December, those of us who receive social grants can look forward to our next payments. Sassa has released the payment dates for December, so we can all plan accordingly.
Sassa will soon be distributing December social grants to those in need. For years, many people living in South Africa have benefited from Sassa’s financial assistance.
There are three ways to collect your social grant from Sassa. This includes receiving the money directly into your bank account, using the CashSend option, or collecting it from a retail store using your Sassa card. Beneficiaries are reminded that they don’t need to Rush to collect their grant as soon as it becomes available because the money will stay in their account until they decide to use it. By waiting a few days to collect the social grant, this will ensure that you miss the long queues at retail stores.
Sassa provides social grants to South Africans who are in need of financial assistance. These grants help individuals to buy essentials and meet their basic needs. The number of people needing support increased during the Covid-19 pandemic as many people lost their jobs or were unable to work.
