You can contact SASSA through a number of channels if you have any questions or suggestions.If you have questions about R350 grant appeals, please contact the Independent Appeals Tribunal instead of SASSA, which has separate contact information.

You can also send an email to grantenquiries@sassa.gov.za. To make it easier for them to find your details, don’t forget to include your ID number in your email.
