3. Type your ID number.
4. Enter your cell phone number.
5. Press ‘send pin‘ and wait for SMS with the verification pin.
6. Type the pin and Press ‘submit’
7. Choose the month you are submitting an appeal for
8. Press the drop down arrow and choose the reason for your appeal
9. Press ‘submit’

Note : Only rejected months can be appealed and you must appeal for each month that your request was rejected.
