SASSA said that clients are no longer required to reconfirm their grants every three months? Due to amended regulations, clients do not need to resubmit responses to screening questions anymore.

Before the amended covid-19 SRD regulations , all those who still wanted to continue getting SASSA SRD R350 grant on a monthly basis were supposed to reconfirm their application at least once in every 3 month … However now SASSA does not want every SRD grant beneficiary to reconfirm their application at least once in every 3 month. 

For those who got rejected/ declined for a SASSA grant and still believe that they do qualify , SASSA encourages you to submit the appeal now.

How to Reconfirm SASSA SRD R350 Grant in September

Follow the steps below to reconfirm your SASSA SRD grant now.

To be on the safe side , you must make sure you read these instructions carefully and do exactly as it says.

Here are the steps to follow in order to reconfirm your Sassa srd grant application:

Step 1: Go to the SRD website

Step 2: Scroll down to “Reconfirm your grant application”

Step 3: Click the yellow bar that reads “click here to reconfirm your existing application”.

Step 4: Enter your ID number

Step 5: Enter your mobile number

Step 6: Click send SMS, You will receive a One-

Time Pin (OTP) via SMS

Step 7: Enter the OTP

Step 8: Click on verify pin

Step 9: Follow the remaining steps to complete the reconfirmation process

Do you have to reconfirm your SASSA SRD R350 application ?

The answer is no: SASSA said the reconfirmation for SRD R350 is no longer required.
